HCC Production Meeting
Last week, we launched our new look and feel for HCC Productions. We brought the whole team together, ate some pizza, and discussed some key issues that we deal with on a weekly basis. Here are a few if you missed it:
1. Be On Time – No matter where you are serving on Sunday morning, you need to be on time and ready to go. If you need coffee, come early and get some. No matter what, you need to be alert and prepared for rehearsals even if your call time is 6am.
2. Be Prepared – We have access to a great website called Planning Center Online or PCO. On PCO, you can view all the services that you are scheduled to serve. You can listen to the music, look at the order of songs and even print it and make notes. If you are an audio engineer or running ProPresenter for our worship services, PCO is your best friend. You need to be listening to the music in advance so you know what they should sound like and how the song flows.
3. Purpose and Motto – We talk about why we are here serving and what the purpose is of HCC Productions. You can find all that on our About Page.
4. Handbook – One thing we handed out were our HCC Productions handbooks. These books describe every position and the expectations for those positions at all campuses. You can download it here as a book or individually.
Over all, it was a great meeting. We also gave out all need HCC Productions shirts. If you did not get one or if you’re new, see me and we’ll get you one!
